This is a community-based, small animal practice that has a long history serving clients from all the surrounding neighborhoods. It provides full medical, surgical and diagnostic services. While it is currently a solo practice, there is room for additional doctors!

The practice is housed in a 4,200 square foot, free standing building that has a good location in the community with plenty of off-street parking. The facility has all the usual amenities including two exam rooms, the lab/pharmacy area, a treatment area, surgical suite, etc. – and space for future growth!

The practice has normal hours (8-5) and after-hours calls are referred to the nearby emergency centers. The practice can be kept at its current size or grown. So far in 2021, the practice revenues are up significantly over both 2020 (the Covid year) and 2019!

The owner is ready to retire, the owner will help to make a smooth transition.
