Dentist seeks to retire after 30+ years in a solid, well-established practice in Missouri’s capitol of Jefferson City, a vibrant community named by Rand McNally as the Most Beautiful Small Town in America. This spacious downtown practice includes three operatories, (one used primarily for prosthetics), a well-appointed waiting room with children’s playroom, reception desk area, private office(s), ample storage, and room for expansion if desired. The practice utilizes two assistants who have each been with the office for 20+ years, and whose experience, goodwill, and familiarity with both patients and community are exceptional.

The office is located within walking distance of thousands of Missouri State employees who are covered by State dental insurance. The office space is available for rent or sale.
Jefferson City is a safe, family-friendly small city of approximately 43,000, which serves as a hub to the 25 or so surrounding small communities. The strong, well-supported dual school systems, parochial and public, supply a competitive edge to one another, which strengthens both. As the seat of Missouri government, Jefferson City is a lively community, with a stable economic base. The downtown, where the practice is located, is within the shadow of the Missouri’s beautiful Capitol Building, the Supreme Court Building, and Governor’s Mansion. Dentist has restricted his practice to general dentistry, referring all endo, oral surgery, ortho, and perio, serving between 1,200 to 1,300 patients per year. Also the dentist has not taken new patients for the last number of years, other than family members of or referrals from current patients. So there is appreciable business that could be developed for an enterprising dentist. The space could potentially support two dentists, perhaps a husband/wife team, or simply be restricted to a solo practitioner as has been the case with the current dentist. Our office is open four days per week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
