We have a very nice general practice about an hour west of Asheville, North Carolina. We have five operatories equipped with room for a sixth operatory. We are strictly fee-for-service. We are paperless and use Eaglesoft software. We have eight days of hygiene every week and we work one Friday per month. We like to use Invisalign. And we do roughly 20 cases a year. We’re completely digital and utilize electric handpieces and a laser. We have a 3-D pan. We are currently in a leased space with a very reasonable lease of $2500 a month that is locked in for the next five years. We refer out most of our endodontics and periodontics. We do not place implants. And we work from 7 AM to 330. Once again, we are not in network with any insurance companies. We will help with a transition, but ultimately want to retire. This is a very quaint mountain community and there’s only one other dentist in town.
